Payment to Xfinity being reversed by bank

My payment is possibly being reversed due to fraudulent charges in my account I was overdue and paid right before cutoff date . If payment is reversed how long will they give me to make right before [Edited: "Language"] off . Will they contact me to let know reversed ? I talked to a service agent who wasn't very helpful or informative . Acted like he could care less . Please advise
