Payment System Not Working

Been Trying to make my payment online and message keeps coming back "Payment Declined".  I've tried multiple times with two different CC's and neither is being accepted.  Is the your payment system offline / not working?

I’m sorry you’re running into that, I know how frustrating it is when you’re just trying to get a payment through and it won’t cooperate. We’re not seeing any system issues right now, so it might be something simple. If you haven’t already, try clearing your browser cache and then sign back in and submit the payment again. You could also try a different browser or device just to rule that out.

 

If it’s still giving you trouble after that, let me know and we’ll take a closer look together so you’re not stuck dealing with this.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
