Payment question

I am unable to pay my bill online. I am receiving the 'make a payment in person' error. What are tjr steps to resolve this? This is becoming an issue.

You may be able to get around this issue by clearing the cache and cookies in your browser or trying to make the payment in incognito mode. Please let us know if either of those options work, otherwise we may need to take a closer look at the account to see what might be sticking.
