payment question

I am  set up for auto-payments but my payment due Feb. 19 hasn't been processed, and everytime I look at my "Payment Date" it is updated to show the present date. I want my payment to process on the 15th of each month. Can you verify that auto-payment is working and make it so that it processes on the 15th of each month?
