Just to confirm, are you wanting to set up a Payment Arrangement for a past due balance, or a Payment Installment plan?
Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages is a violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast-verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you.
Please note, customers can receive up to 21 extra days to pay, but must pay the full amount by the selected date. If a customer is in soft disconnect, they can extend their payment period by no more than 15 days. Failure to meet the arrangement terms may result in service suspension. Payment arrangements exclude Xfinity Mobile services, which have different flexible options available.
