Payment plan

I tried to sign up for the reduced service payment plan. Xfinity said to pay $50 one time to enroll in it. I made the payment but the payment plan isn’t reflecting on my account.

Be careful.  Their payment plan is $50 to enroll...but you pay an additional $50 along with your current bill for 12 months. I'm currently on installment #4 of 12. Don't do it.
