payment plan on suspended accounts

I have never had a payment plan.  So when my account gets suspended and I have half of the restore amount why am I not given any options other than to pay the full balance.  I have got no credits for the NFL network issues and would need to leave soon anyways.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and I understand how important it is to get your service restored. In general, an account may be eligible for a payment installment plan if there has not been a missed payment arrangement in the past or if prior payments were returned by your financial institute.

 

When you log in to the Xfinity app, it should show the options currently available for your account. If you’re eligible for a payment arrangement, you’ll see a notification that says “Need more time to pay?”

 

If that option doesn’t appear, your account is not currently eligible, and the past-due balance would need to be paid to restore service.
