Payment plan agreed to with Comcast
I spoke to a customer service representative by text yesterday. I agreed to a payment plan and have my payment in the bank. Comcast has not collected the payment and with no information given to me has suspended my service for lack of payment. I took photos of the whole chat and can prove what I say is true.
