Payment online

I am unable to make payment online last night and again this morning on my desktop. I had to long in on my phone to send this message. This is not the first time this has happened. Every month this happens when I try to pay on the weekend. It doesn’t say much about the service if I can’t get on the website on the weekend. I will pay on Monday during regular busy hours since that is the only time I am able to long in. Do not charge a late fee from my payment. I am on Social Security and do not get paid until the second Saturday of each month. As I stated before, I try to pay on Saturday every month but never able to long in. Someone needs to look into this as this is the only site that I have to do on Monday day.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having using our website,  you can also make your payment by logging into our Xfinity app. Other options is you can call 1800 Xfinity to make the payment with the automated system or you can go to a local Xfinity store that has a kiosk or you can mail in the payment.

 

Late fees are only charged if you don't pay your monthly bill before your next monthly billing statement comes out.

 

We also offer other options to have your monthly bill paid by using the autopay functions which you can set up on the app or through the website.
