Payment never credited to my Xfinity Mobile account

I made a payment to my account on September 8, 2025, and this payment was never credited to my account. I have called customer service more than a dozen times about it, and I went to an Xfinity store 3 times to try to resolve this issue. The last time I brought a letter from my bank proving that the payment was made, but they couldn't help much. This customer service has been the worst EVER!!! I'm a long-time customer, and nobody seems to care enough to fix something pretty simple. Plus, from the numerous times I called about it, I had to start from the beginning since there was never a note in the system about the issue. Here is the letter from Bank of America about the payment. I need this credit to my account immediately!!!
