Payment missing

On January 29th 2023 I moved. I paid 293.21 from my old bill. Started new service at new place at a new customer rate. They have charged me late fees and the 293.21 never got applied. It came out of my bank account and gave them all the supporting documents. This is a weekend and the bank is not open until monday. They want me to pay all the fees, late fees etc until this is resolved. Why should I pay anything in hopes they will refund me when they cant apply a payment correctly. Comcast is holding me hostage at this point. They are crooks. I use the internet for work and my childrens school. This comes down to them owning up to their mistakes and taking responsibility. All I want is the internet back on until they can resolve this issue at hand.
