You can update your payment method pretty easily online or in the app. The quickest way is to sign in here: Manage your payment methods Once you’re logged in, go to Billing and then Payment Methods. From there you can add a new card, update an existing one, or remove one. If you’re using the Xfinity app, open it, tap Account, then Bill details and Payment method to make your changes.
Just a heads up, for security reasons you’ll be asked to verify your identity before saving the update, and once you add the new card you can also set it for autopay right there.
