Hi! I had returned a phone I tried out and didn’t want so I took it back. However, I try to purchase a tablet through you guys and every time I try to change the card on file it doesn’t let me. I’ve tried to reach to customer service and they don’t know what to do, they keep sending me a link but everytime I add a new card it won’t let me. If I try to
uldate on the payment info for mobile it shows my old card but when I press update it says I have no mobile services and it doesn’t let me change the card or even pay with a new card for the tablet. It’s very annoying nobody knows what to do.
