payment method

I need to change my payment method for autopay but your payments webpage has been inoperative for at least two weeks now.

Anything that directs to https://payments.xfinity.com/ does not work and gives the message:

ERROR

Sorry, this isn’t working right now

Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue.

I talked to four different customer support agents and none of them was willing to help or even acknowledge the fact that your online  payment system is not working.

My payment is due in a couple of days and I need help NOW!

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_wtltqb I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble updating your payment method. Are you having trouble with the website overall, or just the billing section. As an alternative, if you have a local Xfinity Store nearby, you can make a one-time payment there, just to be covered while this gets fixed.

Most of the website works but it's painfully slow as it has been for years.

The problem is confined to the payment page.

If I make a one time payment will this affect my auto pay discount?

Can I update my bank info at a local store?

Thanks

Good evening @user_wtltqb and thank you for reaching out with your website and payment concerns, we appreciate it. No, making a one-time payment won't affect your autopay as long as you do not disable autopay, but please ensure the one-time payment covers the full monthly bill to prevent a duplicate charge from autopay.

You can also update your bank information at a local store. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find your nearest location along with the associated store hours.
