Payment method

Howdy user_tapbia. It is a pretty streamlined process to update the payment method. I included the steps right here below.

1. Log in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID.
2. Tap the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Under "account balance," tap "Bill details".
4. In the payment section, tap "Bill settings".
5. Select "Payment methods".
6. To add a new method, choose "Add a Payment Method" and follow the prompts. To edit, tap "Edit" next to an existing credit/debit card.
7. Enter the required information, confirm your identity if prompted, and tap "Save".
