Payment method

Trying to use my bank account to pay as my card has become recently restricted, however when I try to add my bank it says I've been blocked from using bank instrument

Hello, @user_99b13b. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place in regard to the payment restriction. When there have been 2 or more returned payments within 6 months we may place a restriction on the payment options that can be processed. Payment restrictions remain on an account for a minimum of 6 months from the second returned payment. Additional returned payments during this time frame could extend the payment restriction timeframe.

 

If checking account and credit card payments are both restricted, you must make cash payments at a Xfinity Retail Store or recognized third party payment center. You can find the nearest locations using this great tool: https://www.xfinity.com/support/store-selector/.
