Payment issues
Why on Earth does it take Comcast so unbelievably long to pull the funds from my bank account? If the service isn't slow the payment processing is slow if that's not slow the customer service is slow if non-existent every time I turn around it is some sort of problem with Comcast I rather go back to CenturyLink with the [Edited: Language] service they offer, I am so fed up with Comcast's [Edited: Language]. You guys make how much money per year and you can't even offer proper customer service? When I pick up the phone and I call Comcast I should speak to a human immediately not some ai [edited: language], when I make a payment from phone or the app it should pull the funds from my bank account immediately! I'm about ready to throw my phone through the wall I cannot handle comcast anymore you guys are going to be the death of me.
