Payment issue

My checking account was compromised and I’m still waiting on my debit card to come. Is there a grace period before my services will be disconnected

Hello user_sqx8b3 thank you so much for taking the time and reaching out, we're so sorry to hear about that compromised bank card.  When paying your Xfinity bill, there is generally a 8-10 day window between your payment date and your next billing statement generating that we refer to as a "grace period". Once the new bill generates a late fee is applied, and service suspension does not happen until 60 days with no payment.
