Payment installment
I am very behind but made an installment payment Friday of $50. I was told I can do that monthly and still have at least internet which would be great. When should I expect it back on? I keep getting messages saying it's suspended and I need to make a payment it's as if I never made one. Did it not go through? And it's been so hard to get in touch with anyone. Xfinity assistant doesn't help. Honestly it makes the situation worse. A live person would be helpful. How can I chat with someone? I can't always call i don't have the best service.
