Payment glitch

I tried paying for the 30 day $10 pass. But everytime I try to submit. The page will then say that my card number and cvv is invalid. And I did that 5 times to be exact. And now you're charging me for multiple subscriptions. Am I expecting a refund from this? Because there's no way the website is that buggy.
