Payment Extension

I woke up to my service being suspended. I got a callback from someone who gave me a number to call for them to finalize the extension and restore my service, but the number tells me they can't assist me over the phone and continues to disconnect. When I try to chat with someone, they tell me that they can't share any numbers with me and its becoming a hassle to talk to someone about this.

Good morning @user_yufmk6, and thanks for posting here today with your payment extension concerns. When you spoke to the agent on the phone, did they specify why they were unable to assist over the phone?
