Payment extension

For some reason I am unable to get my account Xfinity has my name and email address associated with another address. Please have someone live call me. The automated system cannot help me and I am have a hard time getting an extension or an agent on the phone.

Since you have attempted to use your email address already have you checked out the options connected to your phone number? If your email address is connected to a different customer's account you would need to reach out to a specific team to assist with getting that removed.
