@user_64caog Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with a payment extension. There are times that we need a few days to help make ends meet, I get it! Fortunately Xfinity does offer payment arrangements and even installments to help pay off past due balances.
The only way to set up these options is with the Xfinity assistant. It's a self-help process that agents and specialist like myself no longer have access to. If you visit our page it will guide you through the process of how to set up the arrangement. Are you able to access this option?
