Payment Extension

Hello I started a new job recently and my pay days or different now, I get paid this 26th of april and can make a full payment but I just got my service deactivated this morning and I was wondering if I could get a service extension until than, my bill will be paid in full on the 26th, which is 4 days from now.

user_0nvti7, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. In most cases if it is a few days past your due date, you should be okay. If you would like me to take a closer look at your account, please send me a DM by doing the following: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
