Hello, @user_e06aba we know having extra time to pay can really help! We do offer payment extension and payment plan options. To set up a payment arrangement use the Xfinity Assistant. You can do this in the Xfinity app in the right-hand corner, or you can sign in here. https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

 

Just type "I'd like to see my payment options." If you are eligible for a payment arrangement and have a past due balance this will set up the arrangement. Another option is to use the automated system when calling 1-800-Xfinity. I hope this helps 😀
