Payment extension honored
Hello,
I had my services interrupted this morning after speaking with an agent via live chat on Monday 11/27, who assured me my services would be secured until 12/9. I have been with Xfinity for several years and feel that as a loyal customer, the arrangement should be honored, as stated per the rep on 11/27. Is there someone I could speak with who could escalate this matter?
