Payment error then, doubled my payment!

Not that try to make a payment and it makes an error every single time and then if I try it again it will double my payment!

You make it impossible to pay online and then if I make a payment on the phone you double charge me because of my automatic payment is set up I cannot have my automatic set up because you take my money before my rent is due and the order in which I must pay is rent, PG and E, and then you but you make it impossible to set it up that way, why?

In order to review your past payments I'll need to research your account.
