payment due notification messages

I tried reporting this issue last month with call to customer service. My bill was paid on 1/21, yet today I received another payment due notification email. There is something broken when the system fails to recognize when an account is paid in full, yet it sends out a payment due notification.

This is the third method and I hope someone in Xfinity cares about the quality of support. The chat assistant is worthless as it kept telling me to move over to Yahoo mail. Why when Xfinity doesn't even care to publish an email support address?

@user_jl241 Thanks for reaching out! If your bill has been paid, and you have a $0 balance you could be receiving phishing emails from some bad actors. Our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team is tracking these types of emails every day. 
 
Here is some more information on phishing.
