Payment Due Date

Hello, I've spoken to 3 different agents in the past 2 days about moving my payment due date this month to the 19th.  I was told my 2 agents yesterday that they would be able to help me with that.  The first agent I talked to the connection to the chat dropped but this person said they would do it.  The next agent I talked to said they would be able to do it also.  I looked at my account yesterday and still see that nothing has changed and it is still scheduled for the 12th.  Now today I talked to an agent and they told me that I have a $30.00 charge out of the blue and I have no idea where that came from and I don't see it at all in my upcoming charges.  It seems I was lied to?  Can anyone actually help me please!

If your account is eligible, you would want to follow the steps here to setup the arrangement for the later date https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement.
