Payment denied

I have always paid my Xfinity bill with prepaid cards but for some odd reason as of today won't let me pay the rest of my bill off I don't know what's going on but just keeps on saying payment denied

I see that you stated you have always paid your XFINITY bill with prepaid cards but today for some reason it won't let you pay the rest of the bill off. To confirm, does the prepaid card have enough funds to cover the bill or is it past it's expiration date? How did you try to pay your bill for example online or through our IVR system? Did you try another method? Rest assured, our team is here to help how we can.

Yes my bill was 38:18 I put $39 onto the card but every time I put it in it just keeps on saying payment denied  it's a security spend prepaid Visa card debit. I have always used these cards in the past but I don't know today is not working I tried to go on the app the  app not working either

Hmmm that is definitely strange @user_xd7zl8 and I'm sorry to hear that your payment keeps getting denied and that it is not working on the app either. To confirm, have you tried our online web portal myxfinity.com? If so, have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Or, is there an alternate payment method you can try today?
