Payment declined

I got an email my payment was declined so I went to the website and they showed pretty much nothing. 

Almost everything shows "Failed to load".

I did an update on my phone but and after that it’s been issues

user_6cln0x, darn, I hate when that happens after an update, usually there's a lot of cool stuff with those updates. Are you able to check any other devices to see if they're able to load the website? Also what browser are you using? The Xfinity app has a ton of awesome functionality and super convenient, so that might be another way for you to manage your account.

None of my account information will load on the website. My card declined so I added a new card, put it on auto pay but when I tried to pay everything shows $0.00 and the rest says unavailable trouble loading

@user_6cln0x are you able to place your browser in incognito mode to see if it then loads? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far such as clearing your cache and cookies or rebooting your modem?
