Payment Declined

Goy a payment feclined message which I have not seen before.

what do I need to do? Tell me why it was declined. 

please send me a paper bill from now on

Thank you for commenting and joining us in the Xfinity Forum community, @user_q918rg. There could be a few reasons for a payment declined message including if the card had expired. To get a paper bill in the mail, you'll have to opt out of paperless billing. If you want to receive a direct mail paper copy of your bill instead of using paperless billing, please follow these steps:

THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
Log in to your account.
Click Turn Off.

THROUGH THE XFINITY APP
Log in to the Xfinity app, visit the Account tab, and select Bill details. Select Paperless billing. Review your email address and select Turn off.

Even if you're not enrolled in paperless billing, you can log in to your account to view, download, and print your bill online. Another note to be aware of is the paperless and autopay discount which requires both autopay and ecobilling enabled.
