Payment Decline

I have been unable to make a payment for months. The site and app won't allow me to make payments.

I tried both with a credit card and directly through the bank account and it did not let me.

The message given was “we’re unable to process this transaction for the entered amount.”

I contact several times through the chat and one of ticket number is CRO70251490.

I tried to fix this issue but I failed until now.

Here's the detailed steps to send a Private Chat Message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Private Chat Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message.

@XfinityMacey​ I contacted through the private chat message. But it seems that there is no way to fix it. I'm frustrating regarding this.
