Hello, I have an automatic payment set up for the 8th of this month, but I won't have enough in my account until the 13th of this month. How can I contact someone to see if I can change the payment date to the 13th of this month instead of the 8th?

Hi, @user_cyb8hn! Welcome to the XFINITY forums page and thank you for taking the time to reach out for help with that automatic payment. I have been in your shoes before so I can relate to wanting to know how to change the payment date. We can help. The great news is you can change your due date online from your account. To be eligible for moving your bill’s due date, you must have completed at least one billing cycle, and your bill must not be currently past due. Once you change your bill’s due date, you will need to stay in that cycle for at least six months. Here is a link to more details for how to move the due date. If you are wanting to turn off automatic payments just for this month, this can be done via the XFINITY app. Are you familiar with the XFINITY app? It's really a great tool for managing your account more seamlessly.
