Payment cleared bank, but not xfinity mobile account

I made my xfinity mobile payment yesterday and it didn't show up right away like usual, even when pending in my bank it usually clears in my mobile account immediately.

Today it fully cleared my bank, but it still is not reflected in the app and it is saying I have a past due balance, which I do not as my bank account was charged. 

What is going on and how can I get this fixed?
