Payment assistance

I have a past due balance and Xfinity assistant is telling me I have no payment plan options. Is there a way to restore my service with a partial payment?

J_m1775 Thanks for reaching out! The Xfinity Assistant will help you identify if your account is eligible for a payment arrangement, and help set it up. However, if your account is not eligible the full past due amount would need to be paid to restore services.
