Payment Arrangements

Hello, I’ve set up a payment arrangement but cannot find proof of it anywhere. It says auto pay is turned on but I never had it on, on top of it being on there’s no button to turn it off. The chat bot isn’t very helpful In this situation. I’ve went into my billing area where details in my account multiple times to no avail. So the bot says there’s an arrangement but in my account billing it says there’s nothing. I don’t have auto pay on but it says it on and I cannot turn it off.
