Payment arrangements
I’m trying to do a payment arrangement on my account because I can pay my past due balance in 4 days when I get paid but I’m not getting the option to do an arrangement and my services are disconnected and my kids need the internet for school what can I do?

As a single mom I understand that sometimes we all need a bit of extra time to make a payment to a bill. Have you followed the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement to set up an arrangement if the account is eligible? You may need to call the IVR system 800-266-2278 to set up a payment arrangement if you are not getting the option though our Xfinity Assistant.
