Payment arrangement

I made a payment Arrangement for my past due of $50.00 which i paid before the date. Which should have cancelled out that arrangement, They took $132.00 out of my bank account yesterday all the money I had. I also want to mention I do Not have Auto Pay. My bill beyond all this isn't even due yet. Of course it's the 19th of June no banks open and no way to stop this pending theft.

Greetings, m6m5pe! We appreciate you taking the time to bring your payment arrangement concerns to our attention. Rest assured, you have reached the right team to get to the bottom of this matter. Before the payment arrangement, did you also have a manual payment scheduled on the app or website as well?

Yes I had only manual payments always.

The reason we ask is that when a payment arrangement is done, it involves scheduling a payment. The payment will go through on the date selected, even if an additional payment is made. This is not the same as autopay, but it does have a similar outcome.
