payment arrangement

I have been calling customer service all day and have been getting hung up on i am trying to make an arrangement for my past due amount to be paid 04/10/26

Hey there, @user_x8pusa! The best way for you to confirm eligibility and successfully enroll in a payment arrangement or installment plan is to follow one of these two options:

 

Option 1: Set up a payment arrangement for your Xfinity balance

 

Option 2: Set up an installment plan for a past-due balance
