Payment arrangement

Hello im reaching because yesterday i made a payment before setting a payment arrangement for the rest of my bill with a representative and was assured my service would not be interrupted until the 30th today i woke up and now my internet is off causing me to miss an important meeting i have a screenshot of them telling me i would not lose service and they approved my payment arrangement can someone please help me
