Payment arrangement

Hello I set up a payment arrangement witch stated that my services would not be turned off unit the date the arrangement was set for. But my services were shut off today and I can not get through to talk to anyone

Hello there. I am trying to reach customer service and cannot reach a live person. I set up a payment arrangement for October 4, and was billed on Sept 18, and it just hit my account today. I need this reversed asap and re-billed on October 4.
