Payment Arrangement

The chat agent didn’t do her job she stated I was granted a payment arrangement for November 30th I called xfinity and they told me they show no payment arrangement in the system. I have a screenshot of the agent telling me she set the payment arrangement up for November 30th. She also stated I would receive a email confirmation and I. never did. My question is why did she deceive me?
