Payment Arrangement

I was told via xfinity assistant that I could setup a payment arrangement up to 60 days out from the due date and they set it up for me. However, received an email this morning stating that if I don't pay the past due by 8/29, my service will be disconnected. Can I get some clarification, please? Being told 5,000 different things is super frustrating. Especially when I only have my disability check to rely on as I am recovering from a stroke. I had this issue back in July where I was told the same thing, but the payment was taken out anyway resulting in over drafting my bank account by $500, something I'm still trying to get fixed. Any actual help would be great. :)

Do apologize for any confusion our  payment arrangement prevents services from being soft disconnected by allowing you to extend your payment.

 

If  eligible, you can extend the payment 21 extra days from when the payment arrangement is first set up, but not more than 15 days past the soft disconnection date.
