Payment arrangement

Hello, recently money has been kind of tight. Today I was having Wi-Fi issues & it told me I was behind on my payment. I plan on paying the payment however I cannot today. I made a reschedule to pay it off next month. It was accepted & confirmed I would be okay to pay it next month. However my Internet privilege did not come back /: I need help
