Payment arrangement

If I set up a date to pay, which is in 2 days… will

My service not be restored till that day and not today?

Thank you for visiting our Community Forum for help with your service and payment arrangement. Please note a payment arrangement is not the same as a scheduled payment. 

 

The payment arrangement can only be extended for 10 days if your service is already disconnected and the amount must be at least for the past due amount. 

 

Upon adding the payment arrangement services will be restored as follows: 

  • Xfinity TV and Xfinity Internet are restored immediately.
  • Xfinity Voice may take up to 24 hours.
  • Xfinity On Demand (XOD) and Pay Per View (PPV) purchases won’t be available until the Payment Arrangement is complete. Upon completion of the Payment Arrangement, with the payment posting to the account, services will be made available the next day.
