Payment Arrangement?

I'm trying to set up a payment arrangement online. Xfinity Assistant isn't helping. Can anyone assist?

@rigotamus Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. You can set up a payment arrangement at https://comca.st/3eD0lWg or the My Account app, under the billing tab. You can also do so through our automated system by calling 1-800-XFINITY. Unfortunately, we are not able to set up payment arrangements on your behalf.

@XfinityHeather Thanks, but that link only brings me to the main xfinity.com page, not some payment arrangement page.  If I go to the My Account app online, there's a way to schedule a future payment, but it does not recognize it as a payment extension and says I have to pay before the due date. The Automated system does not allow for making future dated payment arrangements.

@rigotamus If the option for a payment arrangement is not available, it usually means the account is not eligible. While I can not set it up for you, I can see if you are eligible. Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.
