I unfortunately lost my job in July due to covid and I have been struggling to pay my bill ever since. I have no money at all and the agents are telling me that I need to pay the past due in order to restore service. I understand this however, my children need internet for their distance learning and I need the services restored. It is very humiliating to ask for the extension and continue to talk to about 7 people in one morning feeling like I am begging for help. We are in a pandemic and I know I am not the only one that needs help. There must be a way to help that Comcast can offer?
