Payment arrangement not working

im trying to set up a payment arrangement for sept 16th but after i click on the link from the assistant, it just takes me to a white screen for 5 minutes and then says "this isnt working right now try again later". i cant get in touch with any REAL person. I just want my internet turned back on bro pls

user_69v3ws Unfortunately we can't take bank information on this platform for your security which makes it impossible for us to set one up for you, but you can use our phone option at 1800 Xfinity to get the payment arrangement in. I would try to clear cache and cookies as well, that may help with the issue you are having doing it online. I hope this information helps.

@XfinityEricB​ ive tried to do it on the phone but it says i just need to pay the past due balance yet the assistant says i can set one up

user_69v3ws Pressing 0 a few times should get you to a phone agant in the billing department to set up a payment arrangement. The automated system mainly does just payments.
