Payment arrangement not set up
Hello. Yesterday evening I came contacted Xfinity via chat regarding my payment arrangement. I requested a modification to the date. Per the agent, it was extended to 11/18. I just saw that despite the conversation, my internet service is disconnected.
i called customer service with no luck. Can someone please assist me in getting this resolved?
